A-Radha's Firebrand
A falter effect with a size ceiling. Rather than pushing the whole team past blockers or forcing a single defender across the board, the attack trigger disqualifies exactly one blocker each combat, and only one whose power sits at or below the A-Radha's Firebrand's own. That coupling is the trick: a 3/1 body strips a defender no larger than three power, which lines up against the early clutter aggressive red wants to swing through, while leaving genuine walls untouched. The domain pump is the escape hatch on that ceiling. It reads as a six-mana investment up front, but each basic land type among your lands shaves a mana off, so a two- or three-color manabase turns the boost into something an aggressive curve can actually afford. Because it activates at instant speed, the timing matters twice over: pump in response to blocks to win a trade, or grow the A-Radha's Firebrand before the attack trigger has picked its target so the falter reaches a bigger blocker. Both halves reward the same greed. Splashing basics to feed domain also widens which defenders the trigger can neutralize, since a pumped A-Radha's Firebrand caps blockers at a higher power. The once-per-turn clause keeps the boost from stacking into a runaway threat inside one combat. The design hands a mono-red pilot a modest evasion tool and a wider manabase a scaling one, without printing two cards to do it.
