A-Cosmos Charger
Foretell is normally a private-information mechanic that lives entirely on your own turn: you pay two to tuck a card face-down during your turn, betting on future value while telegraphing nothing but a facedown card. This body rewrites both halves of that contract. It shaves a generic off the cost to foretell cards from your hand, and, more importantly, it detaches the mechanic from your turn entirely, letting you exile cards face-down during an opponent's upkeep, their draw step, or in response to a spell on the stack. That timing shift is the whole point: foretelling on other players' turns turns dead reactive windows into setup, so you are stockpiling face-down value while sitting behind open mana rather than sacrificing tempo to bank it during your own main phase. As a 3/2 with flash and flying, it also foretells itself for a single blue, meaning the enabler can be pre-loaded turns before it lands as an ambush flyer. The design is a payoff creature that inflates every other foretell card in the deck: individually the discount is minor, but a hand full of foretell effects becomes markedly cheaper and far more flexible with this on the battlefield. It asks for a critical mass of the mechanic to justify its slot, which is exactly the tension foretell payoffs are built to create.
