A-Ardent Dustspeaker

Creature — Minotaur Shaman2 generic manaRed mana

The "A-" prefix marks the Arena-tuned variant, tightened away from its paper form, but the core design is what makes it interesting: it welds graveyard maintenance to impulse card advantage inside a single attack. The cost is a bottoming clause, not a discard: you tuck a spent instant or sorcery from your graveyard onto the bottom of your library, which is the discipline that keeps the engine honest. You are not looping one burn spell endlessly; you are tucking your spent spells to the bottom of the deck one at a time while cashing the trigger for two fresh cards off the top. That the two exiled cards are impulse-drawn rather than truly drawn is the other lever: they expire at end of turn, so the reward favors a deck that can deploy immediately over one that hoards resources. All of this hangs on combat. A 3/2 has to swing to do anything, which ties the whole loop to surviving the attack step on a body that trades down to almost any blocker and dies to nearly every removal spell. It sits in red's line of attack-triggered value creatures, forgoing raw damage for a refueling loop that only pays out in a shell running enough instants and sorceries to keep feeding it.
